Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason we gladly offer exchanges and full refunds within 45 days of the sale date. Online orders can be returned to our Bay Ridge location or we'll be happy to send you a return shipping label. Please have your original packing slip or invoice available to be included in the package you are returning. Refund will be made in the same form as the original payment method that was used when the order was placed. We ask that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions and tags intact. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the approved refund and 1-3 business days for the credit to show up on your credit or debit card statement. Kaleidoscope stands behind the quality of all the products we carry. Please email or call us within 3-7 days upon receiving defective or damaged merchandise. We will pay for return postage and send you a new product as soon as we receive the damaged goods. To ensure that you receive full credit for your returned item, returns should be sent insured with tracking number via USPS. Please note, however, that since special ordered items are not normally carried in our inventory, they must be ргеpaid and cannot be returned.

If you have a P.O. box, please include both your P.O. box and your street address in your shipping address, so that your package will be sure to reach you regardless of shipping method. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships. While most orders ship within 1-2 business days, we do occasionally have delays. For guaranteed delivery dates, please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you need your package by a specific date, or if you need FREE gift wrapping please leave a note in the “Comments” section when checking out. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer generally take about 2-4 days to process and about 5-6 days in transit. Drop shipped items are indicated as such in the item description. Allow up to two weeks for delivery of drop shipped items.


To conserve natural resources Kaleidoscope is committed to reusing boxes and packing material whenever possible. Please excuse any markings or stickers on boxes that may have made a previous journey!


If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your order at our shop, choose “In-Store Pick-up” as your delivery method. Your order can be picked up 1-2 hours from the time that we process the payment and mark it as shipped. Email will be generated as and sent as the order has been shipped. Kaleidoscope does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship.
